职责描述：

 Processing of invoices, T&E, VMM and Payment runs within TAT
 Provides required business unit reporting and other required information, when needed
 Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
 Ensure the completeness and accuracy of invoices in the AP system
 Investigating into situations where invoices and customer information requirements may contradict
 Requires minimal supervision to manage daily activities and is able to meet published deadlines for activities
 Ensures all work is performed in accordance with targets and adheres to SLA
 Accurate, efficient and organized within daily responsibilities
 Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
 Demonstrates the ability to work as part of a team
 Complies with all client published policies and procedures and any legal and regulatory requirements that the company is obliged to adhere to

任职要求：

 Accounting, Finance or any Business related course
 3-5 year of work experience of Finance related, BPO background is a plus.
 Oversea payment experience is preferred
 Good Understanding of MS Office
 Written and spoken ability to communicate in English
 Communication ability in Chinese is delight
