职位描述:1、有效执行薪酬福利政策制度，负责每月员工考勤、薪酬、奖金等计算；2、熟知社保及公积金政策，且熟练掌握公司员工五险一金操作流程；3、年度五险一金基数测算，调整，公司内部方案变更，清册基数申报等；4、 熟悉公司人力资源制度，对公司员工提出的相关薪酬福利等问题进行解答。
任职要求：1、年龄:25-35周岁2、学历：专科或以上3、工作年限：1-2 年以上4、语言能力：具有良好的理解与沟通表达能力；5、性格特点：热情开朗、活泼外向、有亲和力、执行能力强；6、其他要求：对数据敏感度强，且有较强的责任心及团队意识 。
