Job Description:
* Contribute to development of an annual sales plan in line with approved AOP.
* Lead distributors to follow the project locally and deliver result in monthly base.
* Collect MKT information & analysis including market size, market trend, new products and application, customer trend.
* Develop customers such as distributor dealer converter and end user to set up a full range sales channel.
* Keep close connection with customers to make sure all of them would be satisfied with Avery Dennison.
* Provide suggestion for new products development and action plan to meet with new market opportunity.
* Contribute to return the AR on time.
* Generate weekly and monthly sales report.
* Accomplish any other tasks as assigned by the superior.
Qualifications:
* 5 years and up working experience with at least 3 years sales experiences in industry products in muti-national work environment
* Confident and able to work under pressure
* A good team player with strong inter-personal skills
* Experience in out door advertising or related industrial is preferred
* (有销售广告材料、广告用机器、广告耗材、油墨, 标识行业材料,胶带,不干胶材料领域的工作经验甚佳)
* Effective verbal and written communication skill in English is preferred.
EDUCATION:
* University graduate.
