职责描述：
You will be based in Wuxi, China, and you will be part of the Quality team. You will report to the SQA team leader of Plant 2 in Wuxi.

As an SQA engineer you are responsible for the evaluation, the maintenance, the control and the improvement of the process and product quality for defined commodities in coordination with Airpower SQA team and Wuxi local operation team. The workload weight of GS and Wuxi local will be 50% to 50%.

You are responsible for:
1. Appraise suppliers’ QA and QC system. Classify suppliers’ quality level.
2. Check and approve the suppliers’ QCP for defined components.
3. Responsible for supplier process audit to guarantee it in accordance with QCP.
4. Work with Engineering to carry out the sample qualification and releasing procedure.
5. Communicate with suppliers during product development phase to make sure that suppliers’ parts meet the engineering drawings/specifications/requirements.
6. Define part acceptance specification for goods incoming inspection.
7. Collect supplied part defects happened in production and field. Make the statistic. Then push supplier to make action plans.
8. Follow up corrective actions at supplier side and help the supplier to make the continuous improvement.
9. Exam quality level and propose PPM targets for supplier.
10. Follow the quality agreement and warranty agreement with supplier.
11. Communicate with Airpower SQAs. And implement the requirements from them.

To realize these targets you work closely together with purchasing, engineering and production departments.
