Key Duties & Responsibilities：

1. Lead synthetic route design，execution and optimization using modern synthetic techniques

2. Involved in scientific and strategy discussions to achieve R&D milestones

3. Manage projects performed by contract research organizations

4. Present and communicate research findings with internal teams

5. Manage and ensure smooth operations in the lab

6. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of research，protocols，inventories，SOPs etc.

7. Cooperate with other biological or synthetic teams to speed up the project

Job Requirements：

1. PhD in Chemistry，Medicinal Chemistry，or related discipline with prior laboratory research experience

2. General analytic techniques/instrumentation，including chromatographic techniques

3. Experience with linker-payload synthesis of ADCs or the peptide synthesis（SPPS）is a plus.

4. Excellent organizational skills

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

6. Self-motivated with a proactive attitude

7. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced biotech start-up
