General Description:
The Battery System Electrical Engineer is responsible for battery electrical development. The position leads various battery development projects as required by customer, works closely with AVL global team and follows AVL development process.

Main Responsibilities:
• Developing battery system requirement and specification.

• Developing battery system, mainly E/E system, HV and LV wiring harness components.

• Participating in project meeting, reporting status.
• Supporting battery mechanical design, thermal design and simulation.
• Compliance to China regulations and standards.
• Monitoring of state-of-the-art technology.
• Effective communication with customers and AVL global engineers during project execution
• Achievement of project technical targets


Qualification:
• Bachelor degree or above in engineering major.

• At least 5 years of experience in the development of battery system
• Familiar with battery system design, E/E components such as BDU, Harness, Busbar, FPC, Bracket, etc.
• Certificate of National Low-Voltage operation or relevant Electric Vehicle High-Voltage operation is preferred.
• Well understanding of battery regulations, GB standards.
• Independent, self-motivated, goal oriented, and persistent
• Good oral and written communication skills in Mandarin and English
