Job Detail
To ensure the necessary volume of new wins across the Business in line with the Business Plan are achieved and the quality and results of our Business Development team and system are enhanced while the costs are controlled.
根据各事业部制定的业务计划,保证完成新业务数量;在成本控制的同时,提高业务开发团队和业务发展流程确保(获取新项目)的质量和结果。

Manage OBU`s BD by maintaining BD process, coordinating the leads, wins and proposals among BUs, as well as organizing marketing activity for Colliers PjM’s corporate brand.
管理各自事业部业务发展工作:维护业务拓展流程、协调追踪项目线索、准备报价建议书和赢取项目,同时组织高力项目管理的品牌营销活动。

Working across a national client base, some of your key responsibilities will include: 面向国内客户,主要工作职责包括:
- Be familiar with Colliers PjM’s Vision, Policies, Goals and Objectives.
熟悉高力的愿景、政策、目标和目的。
- Support OBU head with annual business Plan and reports with specific responsibility, including financial responsibility, for his area of operations in accordance with the Plan and Budget.
根据所负责区域的业务计划和预算,协助事业部负责人制定所分管业务的年度计划及报告(包括财务)。
- Manage the operational process of OBU`s BD, ensuring all OBU BDs abide by the process and the proper adjustment of process to match with business requirement.
管理事业部业务拓展工作的运作流程,确保所有业务发展工作符合流程要求,并可根据业务需要对流程进行适当调整。
- Coordinate the initiatives and tracking of all OBU`s BD activities; Host regularly BD meeting within your OBU to discuss the progress of BD efforts; Participate in monthly BD meeting with all BDs on BD activities, progress and achievement of BD KPI, namely qualified leads, proposals, wins and turnover generated against the Business Plan; Submit relevant monthly BD summary report to Head of BD covering the data of your BU and ensure the database is up-to-date.
协调并跟进所有事业部业务拓展活动;在各自事业部定期召开业务会议,讨论工作的进展情况;参加每月业务发展例会,商讨业务活动进展和KPI达成情况,即追踪明确的项目线索,提交的报价建议书,赢取的项目以及成功率;向业务发展负责人汇报当月总体情况,包括具体活动数据,并确保数据是最新的。
- Reporting: Maintain data and knowledge, including trends of the results of your OBU`s Business development efforts.

- Establish and develop BD channels as well as build informal partnerships with strategic partners to increase customer results and to ensure that the ideal market penetration and sales performances are achieved.

- Initiate research and analysis of the external market, competitors and internal development to ensure that a proactive business strategy and action tactic is deployed for the specific BU, as well as to input and develop creative commercial models to increase success chance of the specific BU.

- Lead, develop and train BD team in order to ensure that they are well-motivated and equipped for current and future business challenges;

- Organize appropriate promotion activities such as seminars, workshops, conference and industry fair to build up Colliers PjM’s corporate brand and boost sales growth at a companywide level;
为宣传高力项目管理品牌以及提高公司销售增长目标的需要,组织适当的市场推广活动,比如研讨会、工作坊、会议和行业博览会等。
- Manage marketing budget within business plan;

Qualifications

- Marketing, business development or business related major, Engineering or construction related training essential 市场营销、业务发展或商务相关专业,有经过工程或建筑相关培训
- 3-5 years working experience in the business development or related sector of a growing engineering consulting company; 3-5年成长型工程咨询公司业务拓展或相关部门工作经验。
- In-depth business development, sales, marketing and project management knowledge in the engineering consulting industry; 在工程咨询行业,有较深的业务开发、销售、市场推广和项目管理知识
- High level communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work with people at all levels; 高水平的沟通和人际交往能力;与各级人员合作的能力
- Ability to identify and secure appropriate business opportunities; 识别和抓住合适商机的能力
- Ability to manage and report on financial performance of project and business unit to the company management; 具有管理和向公司管理层汇报项目和事业部的财务业绩的能力

- Client relationship management skills essential; 具备客户关系管理能力
