§ Make analyze of the failure
§ Business trip to customer, communication with customer face to face.
§ Enquiries from sales / customer
§ Make single repair instruction for accident product

Professional Experience & Education
Specific skills & Knowledge (Ex: Language, IT skills)
§ Finished studies of mechanical engineering
§ At least 3 years work experience of mechanical technical work (design or technical support), preferable at rail drives or couplings.
§ Have experience on creating 3D and 2D drawing.
§ Fluent English communication skills
