岗位职责:

1. 和主流云厂商(3A)制定年度业务合作计划并执行,涵盖商机资源合作对接,方案能力共建,市场联合开拓等工作。
2. 与Atos海外区域团队进行联动,拓展出海和入华客户业务机会,统筹资源进行技术交流,并针对客户业务场景提供上云解决方案。
3. 围绕行业客户云上需求场景,组织技术交流,解决方案架构设计,投标等工作。
4. 就如何最好地部署AWS/Alicloud/Microsoft的云技术以改善客户的业务结果提供建议。
5. 根据专业知识(包括软件、应用程序和体系结构)与客户建立长期关系。
6. 能够熟练描述并塑造云解决方案的战略和实现,包括转型和迁移到新的运营和服务模型(如DevOps)的关键交付阶段。
7. 将与组织内的其他云解决方案架构师、顾问密切合作。

任职资格:

2. 丰富的IT行业从业经历,8-10年以上的云计算从业经验。有非常丰富的售前和撰写方案的经验

4. 在AWS/阿里云/Microsoft生态系统方面拥有5-8年的经验,其中包括至少3年的应用程序开发解决方案架构师经验,对领域驱动设计有深入理解。
5. 获得Azure、AWS、GCP或阿里云认证,其他认证如Kubernetes(CKA/CKAD)或TOGAF认证优先。
6. 在支持客户采用AWS/阿里云/Azure平台方面拥有丰富的经验,例如:设计基于云采用框架等现代架构概念的解决方案,以及使用Azure平台服务(如AKS、Event Hub等)的微服务、微前端。
7. 具有创建路线图和解决方案架构的经验。
8. 对(云)架构模式/概念有经验,如容器化、最终一致性、事件驱动的自动缩放、混沌工程、多租户、无服务器和扼杀器。
9. 拥有敏捷工作方法的经验,并应用持续交付/DevOps方法,包括“一切如代码”和“持续一切”等概念。
10. 熟悉零信任安全模型,以及完整的解决方案架构。

Job Description:

1. Formulate and implement the annual business cooperation plan with mainstream cloud vendors (3A), covering the cooperation and docking of business opportunities and resources, the joint construction of solution capabilities, and the joint development of markets.
2. Cooperate with Atos overseas regional team, expand business opportunities for overseas and inbound customers, coordinate resources for technical exchange, and provide cloud-based solutions for customer business scenarios.
3. Organize technical exchange, solution architecture design, bidding and other work around the cloud demand scenario of industry customers.
4. Provide suggestions on how to best deploy AWS/Alicloud/Microsoft cloud technology to improve customer business results.
5. Establish long-term relationship with customers based on professional knowledge (including software, application and architecture).
6. Be able to skillfully describe and shape the strategy and implementation of cloud solutions, including the key delivery stages of transformation and migration to new operation and service models (such as DevOps).
7. Work closely with other cloud solution architects and consultants in the organization.
8. We provide AWS/Alicloud/Azure related solutions, application modernization and cloud conversion solutions. As the business director of cloud solutions, we need to quickly find solutions that belong to our enterprise customers. Define and demonstrate cloud strategies and solutions that add value to customers' business operations. Write recommendations and design architecture for cloud migration and modernization. If necessary, as the chief cloud architect, you can supervise the delivery of solutions.

Qualifications

1. As a business development director with a good background in cloud business knowledge, he has an open learning attitude towards new technologies, which can be converted into specific applications to help customers carry out digital journey.
2. Rich experience in IT industry and more than 8-10 years of cloud computing experience. Very rich experience in pre-sales and program writing
3. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adhere to the spirit of teamwork, and commit to creating maximum value for the company and customers.
4. Have 5-8 years of experience in AWS/Alibaba Cloud/Microsoft ecosystem, including at least 3 years of application development solution architect experience, and have a deep understanding of domain-driven design.
5. Obtain Azure, AWS, GCP or Alibaba Cloud certification, and other certification such as Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD) or TOGAF certification is preferred.
6. He has rich experience in supporting customers to adopt AWS/Alibaba Cloud/Azure platform, such as designing solutions based on modern architecture concepts such as cloud adoption framework, as well as micro-services and micro-front-ends using Azure platform services (such as AKS, Event Hub, etc.).
7. Have experience in creating roadmap and solution architecture.
8. Have experience in (cloud) architecture models/concepts, such as containerization, final consistency, event-driven automatic scaling, chaotic engineering, multi-tenant, serverless and killer.
9. Have the experience of agile working methods and apply the continuous delivery/DevOps method, including the concepts of "everything is like code" and "continuous everything".
10. Be familiar with the zero-trust security model and the complete solution architecture.
11. Be familiar with the types of monitoring indicators and some indicator methodologies, have the ability to plan monitoring indicators, and integrate them into the life cycle of application design, development and deployment.
