We are looking forward to a Channel Sales in Eaton’s electrical business, based in Beijing, China. This exciting role offers opportunity to:
● Responsible for developing and maintain channel partners in North China, and assist it marketing activities
● Achieve sales target and soft targets, making channel strategies and implementation
● In-depth understanding partner thinking, Leverage partner resource to sell Eaton solution, make sure partner achieve targets
● Recruiting segment and ecosystem partners, Drive business plan with partner together
● Responsible for daily operation to support partners (payment collection, ordering, after-sales service, business review, etc.)
Requirement:
● Good awareness in UPS industry, DC engineering, large general contractor project mode, strong logical thinking, strong planning and good execution ability
● At least 8 years of CAM experience in related industry
● Good at finding and solving problems, self-driven
● Strong communication skills and a deeply understanding of industry channels and regional characteristics
