职责描述：
Lead RFQ Process and cost negotiation with suppliers China
Supplier scouting of new suppliers in China and Asia.
Hand over of LC scopes to BBA
Change management of responsible scopes
Support lead buyer on nomination alignment process.
Global supply chain support from CN TierN suppliers.
support BBA on JAVE target achievement and cost negotiations.
Support QMP on industrialization of LC scopes to ensure project DOC.
任职要求：
Excellent English skills in speaking and writing
Active steering experience in project work or project management environment
Purchasing experience for direct material as add on
Purchasing experience at Tier 1 supplier can be also seen as a benefit
Strong communication skills
Strategic thinking
Advanced business planning and organization skills
Cross-functional cooperation experience
Working experience 2 years and above
Able to take responsibility and can work independently
Back ground priority :
