? 本科及以上学历;

Job Description
About the role:
Morningstar Manager Research has a requirement for a manager research analyst to join the team in Shenzhen, China.
The analyst is responsible for writing product due diligence (PDD) reports on a wide variety of investment products and conducting risk ranking (RR) deliverables.
Our PDD process includes running checks on both quantitative and qualitative factors through Morningstar’s proprietary questionnaire and evaluating each investment product based on our proprietary PDD framework.
Our PDD solution seeks to help fund distributors in Hong Kong and Singapore to develop a better understanding of the investment products available for sale on their mutual fund platform(s), and to place them in a much-improved position to evaluate whether these products are suitable for their clients.
Our risk ranking scheme is designed to provide a consistent and comprehensive way to evaluate a product's riskiness relative to other available investment products.
Our risk ranking solution provides fund distributors in Hong Kong and Singapore a method of ranking the universe of funds for these two target markets.
Job responsibilities:
? To produce product due diligence reports and risk ranking results for fund distributors in Hong Kong and Singapore.
? To coordinate with data team to ensure required data or information are in place to support risk ranking delivery process.
? To handle ad-hoc client enquiries and undertake analytical work as required.
Qualifications:
? A passion for helping investors make better investment decisions.
? At least 1 year of financial industry experience.
? Superior verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to think and write creatively.
? Excellent time management skills, with an ability to work under pressure.
? Strong attention to detail.
? Bachelor’s degree; advanced degrees and certifications are desirable.
? Skilled with PC and mainstream software packages.
? CFA designation is an asset.
