任职资格
? 1-3 年相关工作经验，熟悉资产管理和财富管理行业，具备公募基金或财富管理行业经验，有公募基金行业产品、销售、营销或研究等岗位经验者优先。

Job Description
We are hiring a business analyst to work on the China business team for our commission to improve the investor experience in China. You will work alongside other PMs, developers, and data analysts. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain complex concepts to non-technical users, as well as a good business sense of China's mutual fund and investment advisory industry.
Responsibilities:
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
Execute strategic projects partnering with other product and technology squads.
Oversee multiple projects concurrently. Performing requirements analysis and proactively driving new business initiatives through research, documentation, and implementation.
Understand both business and technology requirements, serving as a conduit between stakeholders, sales, service, marketing, compliance, design, operations and technology teams.
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements. Use Data to drive decisions and define solutions to improve the client experience.
Performing user acceptance testing. Foster a team dynamic that is motivated to improve the customer experience and drive better business outcomes.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of relevant experience, with some demonstrated experience in business analysis desired.
Well-known about asset management and the wealth management industry. Previous mutual fund or wealth management industry experience.
Experience working across stakeholder groups such as Technology, Strategic Clients and Sales, Customer Support, and Product.
Good business judgment, fund research, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
A sense of ownership and a drive for excellence. Always stand with the truth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about the markets and care about the various players in the industry.
Creative thinker with an analytical approach to problem-solving, a curious and critical mind, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task.
A bachelor’s degree is required, a graduate degree is a plus. CFA certification is a plus.
