岗位职责：
1、协助区域交付经理，对所负责国家交付满意度负责；
2、针对区域需求，负责对接客户员工与供应商/子公司，协调大客户交付、客户员工或供应商/子公司 （如有）保证需求落地；
3、对接和审核供应商侧的考勤、结算对账、供应商付款申请，保证数据准确，以确保员工发薪、报 销、社保缴纳等正常支付；
4、掌握所涉及国家的人力资源政策和相关劳动法 等，以确保各项问题及时有效给出解决方案；
5、负责客户员工侧的员工关怀工作，配合大客户交付等协调和保障员工侧问题及时得到解决。
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，不限专业，可全职实习的2024届应届生更宜~
2、英语可作为工作语言，小语种为加分项；
3、具有较强的人际沟通协调能力、执行能力、观察力和应变能力；
4、具备较强的学习能力、适应能力，能迅速接受新事物。
