Job Objective:

This role is responsible for increasing EPLAN market share in assigned region, to meet sales quota and margin targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish the relationship with targeted vertical customers, and increase EPLAN market share in the targeted vertical.
- Drive the achievement of revenue and profitability targets in the assigned vertical.
- Focus on strategic and key accounts in assigned territory and close the deal.
- Understand customer needs and drive EPLAN solution into the targeted customers.
- Collaborate with marketing and service team in maintaining relationship for installed base account, and increase the continue services revenue.
- Develop new customer relationship and generate potential business needs in assigned territory

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above.
- 3+ years of experience in sales of complex business software / IT solutions with good sales track record , related to CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM background are plus
- Wide and deep understanding of sales & marketing knowledge.
- Solid tracking of sales record, proven over-achievement in sales and/or business development targets
