岗位要求：
1、与 Cytek 西雅图软件开发团队和领域专家合作，集成后端软件组件。有良好的面向对象式思维，设计和实施用户友好界面并完善相关流程。
2、关注流式细胞仪市场的生命科学研究仪器相关前沿技术，参与项目的整个生命周期，为仪器和分析软件提供易用且功能丰富的开发信息。
3、熟悉C++，能够在Windows环境使用C++/Qt 进行软件开发，应用程序支持、运维和迭代。
4、参与设计与代码审查，清晰有效地传达技术概念。参与单元级测试和软件集成测试，保证软件项目质量。跟踪，调试并解决应用程序中检测到的问题，为用户终端提供支持方案。
5、与硬件工程师、生物学家和其他相关合作团队互动，为产品提供开发用例。将业务需求转化为符合产品需求的结构化、可维护、可复用的用户界面设计。完成模拟/原型界面并项目呈现。
任职资格：
1、本科及以上学位。计算机、信息技术等相关专业。
2、熟练使用C++或其他相关语言开发应用软件，熟悉Qt框架，能够负责高质量的面向对象软件开发技术类项目。
3、有8年及以上的应用程序开发经验，有独立项目管理经验，或者团队管理经验。能够负责有复杂用户界面项目、企业多线程应用程序项目。
4、熟悉Qt框架或者其他UI工具包（例如WPF或Win表单）者优先。
5、有关系型或非关系型数据库经验者优先考虑。
6、英语口语熟练，能够与海外团队合作沟通。
