Who you are:
Deliver a cross functional service to the customer in order to meet the customer demands and secure a timely and accurate communication to the customer as well as within own organization
 
About the job:
·          Registrate orders and monitor order settlement process (delay, move forward, orders on hold, TBA).
·          Ensure that orders are maintained and updated.
·          Handle returns, commission, credit/debit.
·          Coordinate and follow up on claims from customers.
·          Prepare quotes including parts detective (prices, delivery time and minor technical selection).
·          Communicate with customers and act as customers representative internal. Drive/contribute to continuous improvement.
 
What you know：
Knowledge and skills:
·          Bachelor or above degree.
·          1 years or above working experience in manufacturing industry.
·          Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft applications: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is preferred
·          Excellent Communication Skills – logical and organized (in both Chinese & English).
·           
Attitude and motivation: 
·          Have good working attitude and teamwork spirit.
·          Be conscientious and careful, have strong sense of responsibility.
·          Strong learning ability and highly initiative.
