Job responsibilities
工作职责
1.Representative of E&E team in R&D Powertrain Engineering, responsible all related to products E&E parts hardware & softeware change management evaluation, and all kinds of validation activities in field Vehicle and Test Bench tests, and release report edit etc./代表研发动力工程部电子电器所，负责所有关于电子电器件软件和硬件产品变更评估，以及相关的所有测试活动，包括整车路试，台架测试，和释放报告的编制等。
2.Representative of E&E team in R&D Powertrain Engineering, responsible all OBD certification related experiment activities, and support vehicle, test bench and Three High related OBD experiment etc./代表研发动力工程部电子电器所，负责关于OBD认证试验相关的所有测试活动，以及支持整车路试，台架测试，三高测试等OBD试验。
3.As the interface from E&E team in R&D Powertrain Engineering, coordinating with Homologation and Testing team, QM COP & ISC topics, provides the technical support from E&E side, including technical documentation, equipment installation and configuration, software update, parameters adjusting, application issues etc./作为研发动力工程部电子电器所的接口，从技术文档，测试设备环境搭建和配置，软件升级，参数优化，匹配应用等方面给予认证和测试组, QM COP和ISC 相关话题相应技术支持。
4.As the interface from E&E team in R&D Powertrain Engineering, closely cooperate with R&D in Germany to technical support Production and AS topics, including change management evaluation and implementation, deviation evaluation and onsite trouble shooting for production line assembly and Test Bench process E&E related issues trouble shooting etc./作为研发动力工程部电子电器所的接口，与德国研发紧密合作以对生产和售后提供技术支持，包括生产线装配过程及台架热测过程E&E相关的变更评估，变更实施，偏差评估和现场问题解决等。

任职要求：
– 丰富的动力总成电子电器知识相关经验
– Well known Powertrain E&E knowledge experience
– 丰富的CAN网络知识相关经验，以及关于其标定相关的软件硬件基础知识
– Well known CAN knowledge experience, basical SW & HW calibration tools
– 丰富的电子电器零部件设计、验证、计划和报告相关经验
– Well known E&E HW parts DVP&R knowledge
– 丰富的整车和台架试验经验
– Well known Vehicle and test bench experiment experience
– 流利的英语水平，会德语更好
– Fluent english lanage level, better with German
– 跨文化能力强，为人正直，灵活性高
– High level of intercultural competency, personal integrity and flexibility
– 较强的系统性的问题解决技能，分析能力
– Very good analytical ability and problem-solving skills with systematic approach.
– 很好的跨文化合作交流经验
