Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for water treatment solution sales in light industries in SiChuan province.
? Identify business opportunities; Maintain customer relationship through value-added services.
? Develop and execute territory sales plan to drive topline growth.
? Integrate sales strategy with regional situation to maximize Veolia's share in marketplace.
? Work in a matrix environment with product management, commercial operation, engineering and technical support.
? Ensure all opportunities meet VWTS business objectives for profitability and assess the commercial and technical viability of the project. Determine and assess all risks, including financial, environmental, legal, political, etc.
? Recommend the appropriate structure for the project to company, including the need for local equity partners, structure of the construction contract, and O&M (operation & maintenance) aspects of the project.
? Ensure a smooth transition of all activities to the implementation team.
Qualifications Required:
? Bachelor’s degree, preferably in chemistry/chemical engineering/environment engineering, or related field.
? At least 1-2 years’ work experience as sales in water treatment or related industries.
? Strong business development, marketing and customer relations skills, proved resume in NBD/ customers handling.
? Excellent communication/sales skills.
? Strong ability to work independently (commercial & technical capacity).
? Great team player.
? Good analytical skills - both technical and financial.
? Good compliance spirit.
? Fair command of English.
