• To provide effective HR support to the store and management team. You will be responsible for handling and managing all HR topics related to the staff in the store:
1. Recruitment: interview, welcome, in-out paperwork
2. Training (planning, evaluation, update records)
3. Attendance control (sickness, lateness, hours reports)
4. Employee relationship
5. Health and safety
6. Resolve payroll queries and coordinate any payroll changes together with HRM/Store Director
7. You will be the partner of store director Reporting line to HRM
• Provide regular reports to the General Manager and Regional HR Manager on the performance of the store regarding hours and productivity
• Presence on shop floor to get to know the team and their potential and also support the floor when needed
1) University Degree or Above
大专及以上学历
2) Speaks Mandarin and oral English
普通话和英语口语
3) Initiative Flexible ,Decisive and autonomous Highly motivated
主动灵活果断,且独立自我激励
4) Retail experience will be a plus
