Key elements of this role,
Lead the logistics team to support China sellers logistics needs and drive seller shipping efficiency and cost savings. This will include supporting Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) adoption rate, improving seller outbound logistics efficiency and helping plan inventories to optimize sales.
Act as a liaison between China sellers and Walmart Fulfillment Services, Marketplace Solutions and Walmart Supply Chain. Support key initiatives that allow China sellers to leverage Walmart Supply Chain and Logistics competitive advantage.
Optimize logistics performance to ensure we execute our seller fulfillment operations flawlessly.
Lead a team who are laser-focused on tackling and solving complex logistics and fulfillment problems and delighting our sellers.
Developing and enhancing products - you will manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy and manage risks.
Defining vision and strategies applying domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, building business cases and approving objectives.
Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps and gaining buy-in from executive leadership. Providing overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs.
Ideal experience,
University Graduate with over 15 years of solid commercial experience within consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex environments. You enjoy digging into data, excited about solving complex challenges, customer-centric in spirit and in execution, comfortable influencing others, lead teams, managing stakeholders, getting buy-in from leadership with a test and learn mentality and an agile way of working.
Prior experience in managing and supply chain/logistics/distribution services within the eCommerce space is critical to be successful in this role.
