Responsibilities:

* Guide and instruct the preparing and updating Responsibility Matrix / Standard Operations Procedure (SOP). Distribute SOP to ANDRITZ Project Logistics team, Customer Logistics team and to selected Freight forwarder and to Project Execution Team.
* Prepare and agree templates and organize needed internal and external meetings for project needs together with Project logistics team and the Project Execution Team.
* Monitoring and being in charge of the shipping plan update in regular basis.
* Executes the Project logistics concept (project phase) and distribute information to Project Logistics team and to Project Execution Team.
* Arrange the internal and external logistics kick-off meeting.
* Work together with Logistics Coordinator(s) and supporting them in customer contacts and logistics activities.
* Follow the customer contract terms and logistics contracts execution. Distribute this information to the project team.
* Follow-up and forecast the freight costs monthly basis in addition to follow logistics progress.
* Ensure NCRs related to logistics to be done.
* Contract and claim management towards the customer and Freight Forwarder(s) together with project PMC.
* Being in key logistics contact person towards the customer and participate to project follow up meetings.
* Arrange and participate project logistics team meetings with Freight Forwarder(s). Participate to internal project meetings.
* Communicating with project team as well as internal/external stakeholders and authorities.

Competences:

* Bachelor of Business and/or Logistics or relevant job experience and preferably two years’ experience of managing logistics activities
* Understanding of procurement and logistics and the needs of the interest groups (internal/external).
* Good communication and negotiation skills.
* Capability to manage independently complex project tasks.
* Prioritizing logistics activities independently.
* Capability to work under pressure.
* Fluent written and spoken English.
