What you’ll do:

 

* Primary responsibility is managing the assigned customer base to increase
sales in the local marketplace, and providing sales and technical assistance. 
* The position’s objective is to optimize sales volume, product mix and
profit margin. Specific functions include: Drive increase in sales in
marketplace; Manage all aspects of the customer relationship; provide sales and
technical assistance for distributors, customers, end users, and specifiers;
Develop proven record of achieving; Collect,analyze and utilize market
intelligence regarding competitive products, customer needs, preferences, and
buying habits; Performs under regular supervision of more senior sales members
with minimal discretion of work interpretation.
* Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by
planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential
sales outlets and other trade factors.
* Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
* Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such
as visit reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual analysis.
* Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on
pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, etc.
* Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results
and competitive developments.
* Resolves customer complaints; developing solutions; preparing reports;
making recommendations to management.
* Maintains professional and technical knowledge by customer application.
* Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer
sales.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
* Other works leader assigned.
 
Qualifications:

* Bachelor degree or above, prefer in electrical
* 5+ years sales or relevant technical experience, technical background will
be better
 
Skills:

* Good knowledge of electrical products, protection and application
* Fluent English writing;
* Good command of computer skills (Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint and
etc.); 
* Good interpersonal and negotiation skill;
* Aggressive and ready for tough challenges from customer and be resourceful
in resolving issues;
* Willing to travel.
