Provide guidance,inquiry and information publication in TC on a daily basis.
Facilitate daily check-in process , handle special cases.
Make sure utilities available and effective.(posters, First-aid,, lockers,luggage room,etc.)
Respond to random requirement from trainers on a daily basis.(printing, binding, post ,etc)
Respond to random requirement from trainees on a daily basis.(uniforms,shoes ,etc)
Handle training preparation from front desk service side.(post service,material stock,etc)
Implement CSI survey,inforamtion collecting and reporting from front desk side.
Support internal employees on reimbursement pre-check and post service.
Check meal order accuracy onsite,facilitate meal service, handle special cases on-stie on a daily basis.
Cope with sudden cases or emergencies as the first responder.(handling, reporting)
Set up/recover non-technical training rooms,support non-technical sessions from operation side.
Verify and adjust training informations in comparison to system result,clarify deviation(trainers,trainees,sessions,rooms)
Manage document and data collection on TC operation.(guideline, policy, recording,CSI,expense,bills)
Plan on-site outsourcing service according to booking list on weekly basis(catering , shuttle bus number and schedule. )
Monitor on-site outsourcing service quality,implement KPI scoring.(catering, FM,clearning,shuttle, etc.)
Record work shift,overtime and leaves for outsourcing manpowers.
Implement CSI survey ,data anylasis and action plan.
Implement training consumable and materials management.(inventory checking ,reporting.)
Plan and manage office supplies and consumables.(plan, buy, use,stock,scrap, etc.)
Handle TC non-training purpose booking with cross function departments, facilitate and manage their usage.
Check training room facilities' function on weekly basis.(vedio, audio,microphone,AC,etc.)
Provide complete operation related reports(service KPI,courses support, CSI, inventory,etc.)
Dealers, PM, service vendors,agencies,any other department(room user)
