1、 职责目的Position Objectives：
 
管理、维护、更新所属部门的生产设备，使之处于良好的工作状态。
Management, maintenance, update the department of production equipment, keep them in good working condition.
 
2、主要职责Key Responsibilities：
 
l 负责执行设备管理制度。
Take responsibility for the equipment management system.
l 编制、执行、监督设备年度保养计划。
Preparing，executing and supervising the annual equipment maintenance plan.
l 编制、执行、监督年度设备备件采购计划。
Prepare，execute and supervise the annual spare parts purchasing plan.
l 培训维修工和操作者。
Training the maintainers and operators.
l 统计设备故障，分析故障原因。
Make statistic of equipment failure events, and carry out failure analysis.
l 解决生产中出现的设备技术问题。
Solve technical problems of equipment.
l 配合EHS&S部门进行健康、安全、环境、可持续发展方面的改进工作。
Cooperate with EHS&S Dept. to improve the working condition in Health, Safety, Environment and Sustainability.
l 遵守所有EHS政策和程序,及时上报安全隐患及安全事故，保持一个安全健康的工作环境。
Following and abiding by all EHS policies and procedures，Report potential hazards and safety accident, Maintaining a safe and healthy workplace.
l 完成上级主管安排的其他工作。
Finish other assignments.
 
 
3、工作标准/绩效目标Performance Standard/Goals:
 
l 保证设备完好率。
Maintain the intact rate of equipments.
l 维修工维修技能培训和操作工上岗培训。
Maintainer’s skill training and operator’s pre-job training.
l 维护设备加工性能使之符合产品加工要求。
Maintain equipment processing capability to meet the technical requirement of product.
l 避免生产中发生设备和人员伤害事故。
Avoid equipment and personal injury accident.
l 持续改进。
Continued improvement.
l 设备完好率98%以上；
Keep equipment intact rate shall more than 98%.
l 设备设施维修费用在上一年基础上降低5%；
Reduce equipment maintenance cost 5% annually.
l 年设备保养计划完成100%；
The complete rate of equipment maintenance plan shall be 100%.
 
4、任职资格Position Qualification Requirement：
 
§  专业背景和资历素质Education & Professional Background
 
大学及以上学历，机电类相关专业。
-Bachelor or above, major in mechanical and eletricity engineering or related.
 
§  相关工作经验Relevant Experience
 
3年以上设备管理和设备维修经验，具备设备方面的专业知识，有设备故障分析和指导设备操作的能力；了解国家标准对设备管理的要求。
   - At least 3 years’ experience in equipment management or repairing, professional knowledge of
equipment, capability of equipment failure analyzing and operators’ training. Familiar with relevant
national standard about equipment management.
 
§  语言技能Language Skills
 
优秀的英语听说读写能力。
  -Excellent oral and written English.
 
§  其它要求Other Requirements
 
良好的沟通、协调和解决问题能力，工作细致、责任心强；熟悉相关工艺知识
- Good ability in communication and solving problem. Attentive, careful, strong sense of
responsibility. Familiar with relevant knowledge.
