BASIC PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:
This position responsible to ensures customer satisfaction through effective communication across functional teams, exchange information with global counterparts, develop KOL network, coach and motivate the marketing and sales team towards achieving the company’s goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The incumbent will also be responsible for, but not limiting to the following duties:
• Develop the Core Reagent product lines strategy and ensure the strategy is effectively implemented and customer service levels are delivered to the prescribed standards
• Closely monitor market trend e.g VBP, collect information on competitive products that may influence short-term and long-term brand strategy and activities
• Monitor on-going marketing programs and projects and initiate innovative enhancements
• Plan and organize resources for all Core panels and go to market plan to ensure that they are being effectively carried out
• Conduct market and product opportunity assessment, and provide pursuit support for new business opportunities
• Collaborate with relevant internal functional teams and external distributors to provide training and consultation to sale teams on the technical/application issues surrounding products
• Demonstrated leadership skillset and can lead team member in VACC model
• Develop and maintain national and key regional KOLs
• Design promotional plans for sales promotion activities and creating branding panels used in varied tradeshows, conference, etc.
• Work closely with global counterparts to keep information exchange smoothly
• On time deliver results per line manager requests
• Work closely with area managers and distributor team, provide guidance and support

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION & SKILLS:
• Bachelor's degree or above with Lab Medicine, Clinical Medicine, Biochemistry and Chemistry etc., medical background is required.
• English skill has to be proficiency level in speaking, reading and writing
• Good OA software skills, eg. Excel, PPT, etc.

WORKING EXPERIENCE:
• Eight years’ marketing, business development, strategy related working experience
• Working experience in IVD industry is preferred
• Proved achieving results
• Experienced in VBP is preferred
• Experienced in stakeholder management
• People manager experience is preferred

• Effectively communicates with external contacts to ensure positive outcomes
• Understands goals, objectives and barriers to achievement for defined area of focus
• Attends external seminars and visits customers and other companies to continue learning
• Uses understanding of the customer's needs and expectations to identify and suggest ideas or enhancements
• Searches for ways to increase customer satisfaction

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
This position may require business traveling in a frequently situation.
