Who you are:
Health, safety and environmental (HSE) manager should ensure safe environmental working conditions for all employees, Enhance company image, Implement a consistent HSE management, which integrated Industrial Management System (IMS), Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Management System and Regulatory Compliance to build up a safe and reliable operation mode. 

About the job:
•       Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with regulatory laws,conduct HSE inspections audits and risk assessment, follow up the corrective action
•       Risk and Impact Assessment, Management of Change and other planning processes
•       Review accidents/incidents/near miss investigations to determine the root cause and make recommendations for action plan to minimize or eliminate future safety risks.
•       Conduct safety and/or environmental audits and inspections to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements, could independently get certification of HSE (ISO 14000/OHSAS 18000 etc.)
•       Conduct HSE Communication meetings with all workshop leaders and relevant managers, given the guidance and track the HSE requriements.
•       Set up HSE yearly training plan and collaborate with HR dept to implement it together, develop and implement EHS training programs and awareness communication program( Three degree safety education,etc ), coach facilities and business units in HSE policies and best practice to continually improve HSE performance.
•       Conduct orientations and distributes literature to implement and promote safety and environmental policies and procedures.
•       Assist in developing procedures based on regulatory and/or client requirements.
•       Collect HSE performance data, analyse and interpret scientific and technical journals, financial reports and regulatory documents. Prepare information for the management in response to questions or concerns from employees, managers, clients and the general public.
•       Liaise with governmental bodies and certificated authorities in relation to HSE local requirements.
•       Analyzes and evaluates current health, safety, and environmental programs, policies, and practices to ensure they meet all local, state, and national regulatory and company’s policies and procedures.

Qualifications & experience:
•       8+ years experience in HSE in a manufacturing environment, at least 5 years on manager’s position.
•       Bachelor’s degree in occupational health, safety, or a related field such as engineering.
•       HSE professional certification is an advantage.
•       Worked in a multi national company
•       Proven Leadership and Management skills and experience
•       Fluent verbal & written English
•       Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
Lean and GB/BB certificate is an advantage
