Overview:
Develop strategy especially test and learn implementation plans for Halara's 16+ social accounts across Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and etc. Drive brand perception related key results such as engagement rate, total reach, follower increases, while meeting the conversion rate benchmarks for certain commercially-driven accounts. Effectively manage the 6+ people social media team and collaborate with extremely capable growth/influencer team and brand communications team, to ensure the brand identity amplified coherently across all social channels.
Develop and execute the comprehensive social media strategy including the brand perception/amplification goals, content , brand voice, and posting cadence.
Own the monthly social media performance per the quantitative KPIs, iterate the best practices for the upcoming month based on the current month's learning, and can assign, communicate the revised task to the right team members.
Sensitive to boosting performance, can quickly adjust the boosting parameters if the result seems abnormal.
Manage and oversee content plans for all channels; working with creative and growth team to design a framework that allows social media team to test marketing the Halara viral products and leveraging them to amplify the brand and tell the brand point of view.
Gather insights and audience analysis by region to make recommendations and adjustments to social media strategy. Consider new platforms and opportunities.
Identify relevant social, and ecommerce industry trends for in-the-moment content creation opportunities.
MUST HAVE:
5-8 years of social media career including managing multiple accounts within one social media platform, as well as having experience owning multiple social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
Proven track record of growing one social media account to over a million followers or reaching 250k impression/3% engagement rate per post on average is strongly preferred.
Experience in fast-growing DTC brand (lifestyle/beauty/consumer/apparel) brand is preferred.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms from algorithm trend to industry benchmarks for KPIs, used to robust social media monitoring, analytics and reporting.
