Description

Report directly to the lead Data transformation for North Asia, make progress together with young colleagues in the digital team, assist in the data analysis and project promotion of all BU.

* collect and Analyze the business requirements around data (consumer-centric data/media data & Customer Data Platform/BI Solution/AI…) from each business unit
* Understand the NA(TW/HK/JP/KR) market status, Settle business analysis ideas and framework, clarify data product requirements, form data-enabled product solutions, and drive product landing.
* Setup of communication flow between project teams and between BU (CRM/Media Managers of NA markets), IT (Data Governance ,data dev team, BI, AI Team) and Strong alignment with IT & BU & Project members regarding Scope, Time and Risk Management
* Strong presentation skill and Deliver required document (ex: business analysis and data roadmap in slides/excel…) with high quality and on time.
* Apply the data use cases or stories with data capabilities, to demonstrate the business value

Profile

According to their current business needs, they are looking for a good candidate to complete the docking of BU and data processing. The ideal candidate criteria are as follows:

* Overseas postgraduate background
* 5-8 years experience in BA/Data PM/solution consultant role, FMCG industry experience is a plus. Insight into business data and ability to deliver effective output to business units.
* Experience in CRM system development project.
* Good communication and presentation skills.
