My client is an international NGO with extensive influence in global market, target both B2B and B2C clients. It dedicates to promote high-end products and increase brand awareness to further drive progress of the industry. Currently looking for a marketing lead to manage and implement marketing programmes with optimal outcomes.
Job description:
Set 2024 overarching marketing strategies, comprehensive implementation and budget plan
Work with the team to ensure the global brand synergy and align marketing KPIs
Manage multiple marketing & PR agencies to ensure the quality deliverables
Establish media matrix with regular content uploading for marketing programmes
Successful candidates:
8-10 years solid marketing experiences in MNC FMCG, financial services and luxury brands.
Senior manager to Associate director with brand building experiences from 4A agencies (e.g. TWBA,BBDO,WK, AKQA)
University degree and above, preferably with a major in business or marketing and communication.
Good sense of consumer goods insights. Know how to work with Research team to deep dive the consumption behaviours of young millennials and Gen. Z to forge our marketing and content strategy.
Proven experiences in digital marketing management of reputable brands e.g. accessories, cosmetics, hospitality, luxury, commercial banks/mutual funds, travel, etc.
Good management and coordination skills of third parties.
