1）掌握国内外新产品、新技术现状及发展趋势，提升先进工程在行业领域的技术优势和综合能力。

Understand overseas and domestic market trends, new technology as well as development trends, to improve technical advantages and comprehensive capabilities of AE.

2）与国内外研究机构建立战略合作关系，共同开发新技术 。

Establish strategic cooperation with domestic and foreign research institutions to jointly develop new technologies.

3）领导策划新技术（前沿产品、新材料等）开发方案，组织完成新技术研发项目 。

Lead the planning of new technologies (frontier products, new materials, etc.), development plan, and organize the completion of new technology research and development projects.

4）组织开展新技术可行性研究。

Lead and supervise new technology ITP projects on schedule including design reviews.

5）Establish and execute invovation management process
2、研发项目管理ITP Project management

1）组织研发项目和课题按计划实施，并及时协调项目团队与功能团队的相关工作。

Organize the implementation of specific projects, and coordinate project team and functional team and execute in time.

2）在开发过程中及时识别项目风险，并与相关部门制定适当追赶措施，以满足项目节点 。

Ensure that risks are identifyed early during the development phases, and ensure the risk analysis and recovery plan meet project timing.

3）在风险及问题未能及时解决，确保及时上升问题 。

If risks or issues can not be resolved in time, ensure to escalate on high level.
4）组织研发项目开发验收评审 。

Organize gate reviews for ITP Projects.

5）审核产品及流程优化建议。

Continious improvement of ITP process.

6）组织研发成果成功上报。

Apply for subsidies and awards of New ITP achievements.
3、测试管理Test management

1）共同通过试验标准。

Co-approve test standards.

2）确保测试标准与评价方法依据并符合相关要求 。

Ensure that the test specifications and evaluation methods are according to Magna standards.
4、部门管理department management

1）负责部门费用的管理 。

Responsible for department cost management.

2）协调相关部门开展岗位描述、招聘、绩效管理，能力提升等岗位绩效管理工作。

Coordinate the post performance work of department, like JDs, recruitment, performance management, competence growth etc.

3）负责组织培训、团队建设、企业文化等部门建设工作。

Responsible for organizing training, team building, enterprise culture, etc.

4）协调部门功能团队的工作 。

Coordinate the work of department functional teams.
5、遵守与执行体系要求 Comply with and implement system requirements.

1）遵循国家和政府有关劳动、合同、税务、会计、环境保护、职业健康安全等方面的法律法规及其他要求。

Comply with national and government laws, regulations and other requirements related to labor, contract, taxation, accounting, environmental protection, occupational health and safety.

2）负责了解Mafact基础知识，参与Mafact相关活动。

Responsible for understanding the basic knowledge of Mafact and participating in MAFACT-related activities.
