Job Description (职位说明)

Wefly is currently seeking multiple self-driven structure analysis engineer with strong composite aircraft structure analysis experience to reshape the future of electric aviation. You will directly lead or participate in the entire life cycle of the next-generation eVTOL aircraft development programs, including but not limited to initial sizing for primary and secondary aircraft structures via structural static and dynamic analysis, developing the analysis methods and tools for static strength, fatigue and damage tolerance analysis, analyzing composite parts and assemblies for primary and secondary flight structures, conducting FEM/FEA analysis and producing technical requirement, interfacing with all aircraft stakeholders for aircraft optimizations, occasionally also support structure analysis of battery and other systems, support aircraft assembly, aircraft structure test, ground test and flight test.

Minimal Qualifications (基本资质)
● Masters or other advanced degrees from top universities in one or more of the following disciplines: aerospace, mechanical engineering, physics/math, and other aerospace related disciplines. Bachelor degree will be considered if more than 3 years of industrial experience or other extraordinary.
● Demonstratable experience in structural load analysis, composite structure static or dynamic analysis, structure limit or endurance testing, or other complex thermal/structure/aero/electrical coupled structural analysis via direct working experience, research experience or extracurricular activity
● Basic understanding of aircraft aerodynamic/inertial load, aircraft flight load conditions and associated critical load cases, aeroelastic phenomena such as flutter, buffeting, and frequency response, and etc.
● Extremely proficient in 3D Computer Aided Design Programs such as CATIA (preferred), FEM/FEA analysis tools such as NASTRAN, PATRAN (Preferred)
● Self-starter, can-do attitude, team player, sense of responsibility, quick learner, and open mind
● High integrity, attention to detail, and safety critical thinking
● Sufficient English writing and reading capabilities.

● 人品正直、注重细节、有很强的安全批判性思维
● 能自如读写英文

Desired Qualifications (期望资质)
● Ph.D degrees from top universities in one or more of the following disciplines: aerospace/aeronautical, mechanical engineering, and other aerospace related disciplines
● 3+ years working experience in one or more of the following domains: aircraft structure such as wing, horizontal / vertical stabilizer/fuselage structure analysis, structure static/flutter test laboratory setup and implementations, flight load analysis, various aeroelastic analysis, and etc
● Deep knowledge in aircraft aerodynamic/inertial load, aircraft flight load conditions and associated critical load cases, more advanced aeroelastic analysis such as flutter, frequency, and transient response
● Understand FAA/EASA/CAAC Part 23/25/27/29 aircraft certification regulations
