Key Responsibilities:
A. Drive client value creation
a. Understand the business, priorities, and leadership agenda of clients
b. Co-create with clients, articulate transformation, and drive innovation agenda for clients
c. Align the right teams or capabilities to enable (sell and deliver) successful transformation/innovation agenda
B. Build long-standing, trust-based relationships
a. Establish self as a trusted advisor with the client C-suite through an in-depth understanding of clients as well as industry
b. Build networks at Accenture to be able to bring the best of Accenture to clients
C. Grow the business/account
a. Drive sales, revenue and profitability, and responsible for account financials/key commercial processes (MMS/MMP, MME,MMB) for the account
b. Help originate deals based on defined commercial pathways; drive innovative deal construct and solutioning to grow business
c. Delivery ownership and excellence
 Required Qualifications:
A. Minimum 8 years of experience in Life Science Client Account practice, experience of working in a consulting firm will be preferred
B. Experience of working with C-level executives at the client Organization
C. Extensive knowledge and experience working with life science etc. industries and understands its cross functional operations
D. Strong and proven track record in corporate strategy, topline growth and business model innovation, digital customer experience strategy
E. Strong capabilities on analytical and quantitative problem solving, and complex ideas communication, analytics experience strongly preferred
F. Proven experience in leading teams to deliver new strategies or capabilities while developing, mentoring and inspiring team members
G. Flexibility to accommodate client and project travel requirements.
H. Fluent in English and Chinese.
I .MBA from global top tier program preferred
