Job Description：

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

1、To process and follow up orders & provide timely and effective services to local and overseas customers

2、To understand customer need and provide timely response to customer request.

3、To coordinate with other functional dept so as to ensure inventory availability, invoice correctness and timely, quality products & on-time delivery

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

1.针对CS订单处理数据作自动化整理。（根据不同客户,进行Order Form规范或模板制作） Design standard template or program to consolidate order data automatically（E.g. Optimize order processing by customer level）

2.系统开发, 通过Excel VB编写自动化程序，实现自动录入订单数据，简化订单录入流程。 System development, Design program to input data automatically and simplify the process workflow, mainly through Excel Visual Basic.

3.负责项目的跟进、总结、归纳流程以及对CS进行相关培训，以便最终程序化。 Follow up the project and summarize the process and conduct relevant training for CS.

4.负责已开发项目的维护及优化，对使用过程中反馈的问题进行处理。 Responsible for the maintenance and optimization of the developed projects, and deal with the feedback problems during the use. Handling issues in use.

5. 完成主管交代的其他工作。 Carry out any other tasks that may be assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications：

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

1.大专以上，软件编程/计算机专业或者有相关工作经验者优先; College degree or above, Software/computer major or related experience is preferred

2.具有一定的程序编写基础，熟悉VB/VB.NET/VBA/Vbs等编程语言，熟悉Java,Python脚本语言优先 ； Have some basic programming skills, Be familiar with VB/VB.NET/VBA/Vbs and so on, Familiar with Java or Python is preferable.

3.有较好的逻辑思维和分析理解能力及学习和总结的能力，并能运用该能力解决实际问题； Better understanding and Analytical skills; Ability to learn and summarize. Ability to use this ability to solve practical problems;

4.有极强的责任心和团队合作能力； High sense of responsibility and has strong team work spirit；
