职责描述:
This position belongs to the Insights and Advisory business unit. We are looking to hire a Korean Junior Analyst who would work on research/consulting projects of varying complexities for our clients (ranging from simple data-collection-intensive to data analysis/insights-intensive projects) focusing on a variety of industries.
1. Understanding clients' requirements (what needs to be done and how), under the guidance of a project manager
2. Conducting extensive research on a variety of research/consulting projects (mainly about Greater China and Korea market)
(1) Developing knowledge of research topic
(2) Data collection – primary and secondary
(3) Data collation and analysis
(4) Data presentation in English
(5) Paying attention to details
3. Participating-in brainstorming sessions for problem structuring, issue analysis & decision tree analysis, hypothesis building & validation, development of insights and recommendations (throughout the project)
4. Participating in client communication (including both telephone and face-to-face discussions) throughout project lifecycle
5. Ensuring perfect delivery on tasks as allocated


任职要求:
1. Degree (bachelors and/or masters degree or equivalent)
2. 0-2 years of experience in market/business research and/or consulting roles; should have experience in working on a variety of assignments (market entry/expansion studies; in-depth industry reports; supply chain studies; etc.)
3. Solid communication and writing skills in Chinese, English and Korean (TOPIC 6)
4. Ability to learn problem structuring, issue/decision tree analysis, hypotheses development and validation will be a plus
5. Knowledge of different cultures and ability to work in an international environment
6. Exceptional learning capabilities and a good work ethic
7. Should be ready to work in a demanding and intellectually stimulating environment
