Duties & Responsibilities 岗位职责：
1. 负责组织对每天质量不符合项的原因的调查，分析，处理和上报工作。
Organizing the investigation, analysis, handling and reporting of the causes of daily quality nonconformities.
2. 负责对QC质检人员及生产相关人员进行技术和质量管理方面的培训和指导。
Be responsible for training QC inspector and operation on line in technology and quality management.
3. 组织QC质检人员跟进监督各质量控制标准的执行状况，并编制及优化相关质量检验标准及记录表格。
Organizing QC inspector to follow up and supervise the implementation of various quality control standards, and preparing and optimizing relevant quality inspection standards and record forms.
4. 负责组织原材料，辅料及外协加工产品的质量检验，并对检验结果负责。
Responsible for organizing the quality inspection of raw materials, auxiliary materials and outsourced products, and be responsible for the inspection results.
5. 负责组织协调洁净车间的环境检测，并对测试结果负责。
Responsible for clean room environment monitoring.
6. 负责组织协调微生物实验室的测试工作及管理，并对测试结果负责。
Organize and coordinate the testing work and management of the microbiological lab, and be responsible for the testing results
7. 负责对质量检验员日常工作的监督检查，及绩效管理。
Responsible for inspecting and monitoring the daily tasks of QA inspectors.
8. 定期收集检验，测试数据，对来料，过程检质量统计，并做分析报告。
Regularly collect inspection and test data, make statistics on the quality of incoming materials and process inspection, and make analysis reports.
9. 熟悉测量仪器的使用性能，使用方法，比对和偏差分析等，发生偏差时，组织分析，进行不符合项调查，处理和上报工作。
Be familiar with the use performance, use method, comparison and deviation analysis. Organize analysis, investigate, handle and report the nonconformities when there is any abnormal.
10. 上级领导安排的其他工作任务other job assigned by superior.
Qualifications and skills任职要求：
1. 大学本科以上学历，理工科背景佳。Bachelor Degree or above.
2. 了解ISO13485体系标准。Good knowledge of ISO 13485 standard.
3. 具有医疗器械行业、制药行业或包装相关经验者优先。Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical industry or or packaging is preferred.
4. 三年以上质量现场管理相关工作经验At least 3 years quality management experience.
5. 熟悉基本的质量工具。Familiar with basic quality tools.
6. 具有较强的分析和解决问题的技能。Strong analytical and problem solving skill.
7. 具有良好的英语能力。Good in English verbal and written skills.
8. 良好的沟通能力和人际交往能力，有责任心、诚信、愿意学习。Good communication and interpersonal skill, responsible, honest, and willing to learn.
