About this role:
The Plasma Dicing Process Engineer works with between ATGD & BG and plays a key role of Plasma project. This role belongs to ATGD R&D dept. and will locate in Dongguan for long term.

What you will do:
1) To lead and draft the plant for new equipment buyoff/release
2) New product process development and define the process window to achieve the project target.
3) Provide technical training to process engineer and technicians for production support.
4) OCAP case handle & root cause investigation, daily online quality issue investigation.
5) Daily sustaining to smooth the normal production.
6) Standardize the process and documentation via MI/WI/FMEA/Control plan/OCAP, OPL.
7) Overall planning the continuous improvement actions.
8) Coordinate the customer audit to enhance customer confidence.
9) Regular online meeting with cross oversea team.
10) Work with IQC/LQC/Purchase on material supplier management/audit/quality issue improvement

What you will need:
1) Bachelor’s degree or higher degree in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or related majors.
2) At least 5 years of working experience in Plasma Dicing process, semiconductor experience is plus.
3) Familiar with 6 sigma, Minitab & Design of Experiment (DOE)/FMEA/Control plan/OCAP, 8D report.
4) Good verbal and written skills in English.
5) With the strongly experience for new equipment and new project introducing, have the project management knowledge.
6) Good interpersonal skills, able to cooperate with internal team and external vendor for the process issues.
7) A team minded person capable of working independently, keeping a positive attitude.
8) Good problem-solving skills and presentation skills.
9) Comprehend the material characterization in the corresponding process.
10) Be familiar for Office software application.
