This position is responsible for the Hong Kong business and reports to the Hong Kong director.


Responsibilities:


· Lead a team of professional accountants and provide guidance and support to the team members to ensure the team working in efficient manner;


· Manage client portfolios and client relationship by providing professional advice to client and promote our professional services based on client’s needs;


· Monitor the monthly, quarterly and annual cases and make sure the cases are timely and properly completed by team members;


· Meet clients independently to understand their business activities and advise on best structure in Asia or internationally from the accounting and tax perspective;


Update and deliver the technical knowledge to the team on a frequent basis;


Train other colleagues on the HK GAAP, annual audit, and taxation when needed;


Supervise and review junior staff’s work on clients’ accounting and payroll duties;


· Based in Shenzhen with occasional travel to Hong Kong for client meeting and professional training.
Requirements:


· University graduate in accounting and qualified accountant;


· Minimum 5 years of experience with international accounting firm at manager grade;


· Proven technical expertise and a thorough understanding of the HKAS or IFRS is a must;


· Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills to be able to communicate independently with CFO-level clients;


· Familiar with Hong Kong accounting system (MYOB, Xero, Quickbook) and requirements is a plus;


· Fluent in spoken and written English;


· Immediate availability is preferred.
