Profile
 High school or above, major in electrical, motor, industrial engineering or relate 电气、电机、工业工程等相关专业，高中或以上学历
 More than 5 years working experience in electronics factory, more than 3 years similar position management experience in electrical industry.
有5年以上电子或电机工厂工作经验，3年以上电机行业同岗位管理经验。
 Have correct judgment of abnormal problems in production and strong ability to deal with affairs independently
对生产中出现的异常问题有正确的判断，有较强的独立处理事务的能力
 Good organization and coordination ability and mental quality, can work under great pressure.
良好的组织协调能力和心里素质，可承受较大的工作压力
 Have a deep understanding of ISO9001 quality system and EHS management body, 6S field management.
对ISO9001质量体系和EHS管理体系、6S现场管理有深刻的了解。
