Process & Methodology and Team management:
Description of Major Responsibilities:
• Team management,Lead cost efficiency team for all related activities
• Drafting resourcing and other reports for reports out to leadership
• Build the Process and & methodology for optimize the work process with global team muti functions.
Qualification:
• Education: Bachelor degree and above, master degree is appreciated
• Work experience: 10+ years of commercial or Engineering or cost related experience
• Technical knowledge:
- Good presentation draft and reporting skill
- Purchasing and supplier relationship
- Cost analysis capability is a plus
- Auto industry process knowledge
• Behavioral ability:
- Rigorous, good communication skill, high motivation
- Good technical analyze ability, ability to take decisions
- Awareness of priorities, results orientation
