Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities 主要工作内容和职责:
1、Answer incoming calls, carefully recorded message and prompt transmission
接听来电,仔细记录信息或及时转接。
2、Greeting visitors who entrance the build, sign in & host;
问询进入大楼的来访者, 登记发放访客卡及接待.
3、Deal with queries from the public and customers.
对应一般来访者和客户的问讯处理
4、Courier Management(Domestic, Municipal, & International)
快件管理(国内,市级,国际)
5、Management of office supplies (Order, sign and sort, receive registration, the last day of the end of the working day inventory, emergency contact.)(During work)
办公用品的管理(下单、签收及整理、领用登记、月底工作日最后一天盘点、紧急联系)
6、Work clothes Control(sign and organize, distribute)
工作服的管理(签收及整理,分发,)
7、Lunch statistics, placing an order
午餐统计、下单签收
8、Control the screen at the reception area, Tidy and maintain the reception area(08:00 on/17:30 off)
管理前台区域的电子屏幕,整理整洁前台区域.(08:00开/17:00关)
9、Registration and mailing of all types of invoices.
各类发票的登记及邮寄
10、Reimbursement approval for all employees.
所有员工的报销审批

Qualification岗位要求:
1、Active, careful and patient work enthusiasm, good communication skill and coordination ability
积极、细致、耐心并有工作热情,良好的沟通能力和协调能力
2、Be nice to visitors, good communicate with mandarin, understand/speak basic English
善待访客,良好的普通话交流能力,基本的英语听说能力
3、Be able to use Microsoft office (E-mail, excel, etc)
能够使用微软Office(电子邮件、Excel等)
