Key Responsibilities
Deliver events/projects through the production life cycle: production design, budgeting, work allocation, delivery and etc.
• Define the production direction and target that aligned with the account and creative team
• Support the budget control to achieve margin/profit target
• Site check and provide guidance to ensure the events/projects meet quality and safety requirements in a sustainable way
Provide technical supervision to all kinds of events/projects that support creative concepts
• Champion the use of new technologies to deliver our creative vision
• Review the technical plan and make the technical decision to ensure the workout quality
• Understand the needs and tastes of our clients globally/ locally to ensure our production that resonates and aid their purchase decisions
Source and select the best partners to achieve margin and the right balance of cost, quality and timeliness
• Build and manage the network of external production resources both overseas and domestically to support diverse format needs from clients
• Lead commercial negotiations and relationships with relevant 3rd parties to secure project commissioning agreements on required standard terms/conditions and for the best available price
• Work closely with Finance and Purchasing teams to oversee vendor management including procurement, budgeting, and intellectual property usage
Build functional expertise and develop the team for production management capability, ensure a sustainable talent pipeline
• Set a comprehensive set of targets for the team to align with business targets
• Provide leadership/functional skill-set development to the team through day-to-day on-job coaching
• Build a collaborative working climate to optimize working efficiency
• Share event/project management knowledge and “Best Practices”

Requirements
• Bachelor or Master's Degree, Engineering, Science related preferred
• 8 to 10 years of event relevant working experience in an International Event Agency, TV Show Producer, Movie Producer, Music Tour Producer or architectural background, at least 3 years as a people manager
• Good command of English and Chinese (verbal and written)
• Strong technical competence, in audiovisual, light/sound design, music, art, etc.
• Strong client management, selling, negotiation, and budget management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and result driven
• Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
