工作职责 Job Responsibilities
1. 确保所有维修方面的绩效指标达到期望的要求Make sure all maintenance indicators reflect expectations
2. 制定维修目标（现状VS改进）：如停机、事故数、合理化建议……Set maintenance goals (status vs. improvement): e.g. downtime, number of incidents, rationalization proposals...
3. 编制设备和厂房的年度维护计划及成本预算并控制维护成本。Prepare annual maintenance plans and cost budgets for equipment and plants and control maintenance costs.
4. 负责设备机械、电气控制方面的技术难题解决。Responsible for solving technical problems in equipment mechanical and electrical control.
5. 负责电气自动化控制方面的标准化。Responsible for the standardization of electrical automation control.
6. 负责设备电气及自动化控制系统的外部验收、内部培训。Responsible for external acceptance and internal training of equipment electrical and automation control systems.
7. 负责机械电气设备的持续改进工作，满足生产工艺及能力的要求，提高效率、降低成本；Responsible for the continuous improvement of mechanical and electrical equipment to meet the requirements of production technology and capabilities, improve efficiency and reduce costs;
8. 熟练掌握SIEMENS PLC、HMI编程软件的使用方法，掌握各类伺服电机等常用设备的调试方法，了解常用自动化元器件及设备使用方法。Familiar with the use of SIEMENS PLC and HMI programming software, master the debugging methods of various servo motors and other common equipment, and understand common automation components and equipment use methods
9. 持续改进公司的业绩及结果Continue Improving the site performance Quality and result
全面推行FES在本部门的开展与实施 Fully push the development and implementation of FES in the department
10. 遵守公司各项HSE规定，遵守作业指导书要求，服从管理人员的管理，未经授权和培训禁止操作相应机器；Comply with the company’s HSE regulations, comply with the requirements of the operating instructions, obey the management of management personnel, unauthorized and training prohibited the operation of the corresponding machines;
11. 参加公司组织的各项培训，认真学习，确认理解并遵守；Participate in the company’s organization of various training, careful understanding and compliance;
12. 按照要求佩戴PPE劳保用品，爱护并维护；In accordance with the requirements to wear PPE labor protection supplies, love and maintenance;
13. 按照要求进行每班开班前安全装置首件检查，经班长签字确认才能开班生产，遇到有安全问题的机器，立即停止并汇报上级；In accordance with the requirements of each shift before the first inspection of safety devices, signed by the monitor to confirm the start of production, encountered safety problems of the machine, immediately stop and report to superiors;
14. 清楚应急围堵小车的使用方法，及时围堵现场的不安全状态并且报告；Clear emergency containment of the use of small cars, timely containment of the unsafe state of the scene and report;;
15. 遇到火灾，地震等紧急情况，及时撤离到公司制定的安全集合点；In the event of fire, earthquake and other emergencies, timely evacuation to the company to develop a safe collection point;
16. 有权拒绝违章指挥，对其他不安全作业和行为及时制止，并报告；Have the right to refuse to violate the command, to stop other unsafe operations and acts in a timely manner, and to report;
17. 发生事故及时报告上级，配合事故调查；Accidents timely report to superiors, cooperate with the accident investigation

技能和知识 Skills & Knowhow
1.熟练的英文读写能力
Fluently in English writing and reading ability
2.熟练办公软件，熟练掌握SIEMENS PLC、HMI编程软件的使用方法，掌握各类伺服电机等常用设备的调试方法，了解常用自动化元器件及设备使用方法。familiar with office software ,familiar with the use of SIEMENS PLC and HMI programming software, master the debugging methods of various servo motors and other common equipment, and understand common automation components and equipment use methods
3. 5年以上电气设备维护/管理经验
At least 5 year above electrical equipment maintenance management experience
4.较强的组织能力和较好的学习能力
Has strong ability in organization and good study ability

Has stronger responsibility sense; has stronger teamwork cooperation consciousness
