工作职责

负责手工BOM信息的维护（包括采购和销售价格、BOM结构和运费价格等）确保与系统一致
Responsible for maintain manual BOM in terms of purchasing &sales price logistic cost etc., ensure the BOM structure consistent with SAP
负责索赔成本计算。
Calculate the cost of each claim case.
为闭口销售订单建立IO, 并且检查系统订单billing及开票情况是否与系统一致。
Create IO for closed SO, check billing and invoice issue status.
负责ECR管理和成本卷积。
Manage and follow up ECR issue. And create cost collector for new ECR.
协助部门经理完成公司月度财务报表分析工作包括月度快报，实际报表分析、月度预测及部门经理分配的其他报表分析。
Assist department manager to prepare FLASH/actual report, analysis the variance, monthly FCST and other possible report analysis work that department manager assigned to.
月末预提费用的计提准备工作，检查各项费用的入账科目及成本中心是否正确。
Responsible for expenses accrual documentation preparation, check if the account code and cost center of actual MC is correct.
与HR核对GV上传金额，检查生成的工资凭证是否正确。
Check global view upload data with HR, check salary FI document in SAP .
抽查物流循环盘点，参与年度大盘点工作，监控呆死物料及消耗慢物料，并及时向管理层预警。
Random check logistic cycle count, participate annual stock-take, monitor slow-moving and dead stock, alert to management timely.
生产成本的计算和分析，包括产销分配、库存重估、实际成本与标准成本的差异分析与控制。
Production costs calculation and control in terms of production-sales redistribution, stock revaluation, variance analysis and control between actual cost and standard cost.
销售价格、采购价格的控制和跟踪,以及价差的计算，销售和采购价差返还的管理跟踪工作。
Track sales&purchase prices, sales and purchase retro funds calculation and follow up.
analysis work that dept manager assigned to.
负责和审计公司的沟通工作；
Responsible for the communication work with audit firm.

任职资格
财务相关专业本科以上学历 Bachelor degree
至少5年的外企制造行业工作经验 at least 5 years working experience in foreign manufactory company.
专业技能与能力: 熟悉会计准则Be Familiar with accounting principle,；
有较强的沟通、逻辑思维和解决问题的能力Good at communication, logical thinking and problem solve skill；
较强英语的听说读写能力 Good at English skill；
SAP优先 SAP is a plus.
