主要职责：
1 Formulate the short / mid / long-term product strategies depending on the company’s business strategy and develop execution roadmap so as to achieve the defined targets
根据公司经营战略，制定产品短/中/长期战略，制定执行路线图，实现公司目标
2 Track the latest trend of product development especially for health insurance, conduct research on the propositions of best-selling products; Select products and establish product portfolio in line with the company’s business strategies
跟踪产品（尤其是健康险）发展的最新趋势，对畅销产品的主张进行研究；选择产品并建立符合公司业务战略的产品组合
3 Establish close cooperation with primary insurance companies and reinsurers, understand our competitors’ development and their product portfolios and drive the development of customized products to be owned by the company; In-depth analysis of different customer’s requirement to ensure market competitiveness of product portfolios and enhance customer experience
与原保险公司和再保险公司建立紧密合作关系，了解竞争对手的发展情况及其产品组合，推动公司定制产品的开发；深入分析不同客户的需求，确保产品组合的市场竞争力，提升客户体验
4 Build up and develop the product team. Lead and coach the team members to achieve the unit target. Build up the culture of professionalism and results-oriented in the team so as to quickly respond to the market dynamics

5 Leverage the resources of ERGO and its affiliates, Munich Re and other shareholders of the JV to create values to the broker company
充分利用 ERGO 及其关联公司、慕尼黑再保险公司以及合资公司其他股东的资源，为公司创造价值。
6 Control expenses, cooperate with IT in system development; Risk controlling: Strictly comply with the relevant regulations on product management promulgated by the regulators and ensure our product portfolio are fully compliant with the regulators’ standard.
费用控制，配合 IT 部门进行系统开发；风险控制， 严格遵守监管机构颁布的产品管理相关规定，确保产品符合监管机构的标准。
7 Vendor Management, establish a management strategy for Insurance-related service providers; Business Placement, provide placement support for group insurance and customized products to ensure the best terms in the market
供应商管理：建立保险相关服务供应商的管理策略；商业管理：为团体保险和定制产品提供支持，以确保在市场上获得优势
8 Experience analysis and control: Provide real-time control and tracking system for the company's business quality and establish experience analysis tools
经验分析与控制： 为公司业务质量提供实时控制和跟踪系统，并建立经验分析工具


任职要求
1 Bachelor's degree or above in full-time education in related major；Actuarial Qualification；Major in insurance /actuarial, Chinese or North American actuary/associate actuary qualification are highly preferred
保险/精算专业全日制本科及以上学历，精算师从业资格，有中国或北美精算师/副精算师资格者优先考虑
2 10+ years of working experiences with insurers or insurance brokers, experience in product development and management in life / health insurance required; Familiar with employee benefits, HNW individual benefits, high-end medical and life insurance, solid knowledge on various insurance products targeting online, offline, group and individual customer segments
10年以上保险公司或保险经纪公司工作经验，有寿险/健康险产品开发和管理经验；熟悉员工福利、高净值个人福利、高端医疗和寿险，对针对线上、线下、团体和个人客户群的各类保险产品有扎实的了解。
3 Excellent communication and presentation skills, good at handling relationships with internal and external stakeholders including his/her own team, other units, government / regulators, shareholders, and vendors; Strong leadership and experiences in team management
优秀的沟通和表达能力，善于处理与内外部关系，包括内部团队、外部公司、政府/监管机构、股东和供应商；具有较强的领导能力和团队管理经验
