Key Accountabilities:
• Cash Management:
o Drive cash flow forecasting, monitoring, and reporting with emphasis on direct cashflow and adequate liquidity for APAC operations and strategic initiatives.
o Implement cash investing strategy to minimize idle cash and maximize returns while managing risks.
o Optimize APAC cash structure and bank account administration.
• Stakeholder Management:
o Manage regional banking relationships, with support from U.S. Treasury.
o Partner with tax department to identify potential repatriation opportunities while analyzing minimum operating cash balances.
o Establish procedures and ensure controls are in place
• Analytical Insights and Metrics Reporting:
o Compile and analyze regional direct cash forecast.
o Analyze treasury banking activities and identify cost savings opportunities.
o Enhance usage of Treasury Management System (Kyriba)
• Financing
o Work with U.S. Treasury to develop financing plans and arrange credit facilitates as necessary including the negotiation of terms & conditions in line with Corporate guidelines & local regulations
o Set up inter-company loans where appropriate, including the completion of legal documentation

Qualification, Experience and Skills:
o Bachelors degree accounting/Finance, MBA preferred.
o 10+ years treasury work experience with strong finance skills at a multinational company.
o Experience in working effectively within a matrix organization and with multiple functional groups (accounting, tax, legal, finance, operations, etc.), experience in negotiating credit facilities.
o Effective communicator with fluency in English (spoken and written).
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
o Ability to manage affiliates requests independently when appropriate and to provide analysis and recommendations to Corporate Treasury when corporate level approval is required.
o Ability to influence affiliate actions to ensure optimization of corporate level performance.
o Embrace and exemplify company values in every action and interaction with team, JV business partners and customers.
