Major Responsibilities
• Repair Smith-nephew medical devices of all BU at Shanghai Service Center, include SPM(sport medicine), Ortho, ENT and AWM（Advanced Wound Management）.
• Help to build up new repair capabilities, include the WI (work instruction) document preparation, especially for some China local project.
• Help the inventory management of spare parts, tools and loaner, include applying, usage, record, replenishing, and related documents.
• Provide training to customers and field service engineers.
• Other job or tasks that assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in electric engineering, mechanic engineering, automation, biomedical engineering.
• 2+ years’ medical device services engineer experience, Service Center or R&D experience preferred.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, can use as a working language, same experience preferred.
• Proficient in using office software like E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, ServiceMax or CRM experience preferred.
• Workplace in JinQiao, Pudong, limited travels (＜10%)
工作职责:
• 在上海维修中心维修施乐辉所有BU产品，包括运动医学，骨科，耳鼻喉和先进伤口管理部
• 协助建立新的维修能力，包括维修流程文件的撰写，特别是中国本土项目。
• 协助管理维修中心零备件、维修工具及备用机，包括申请，使用，记录，补充等，并负责相关的记录报告。
• 提供客户和现场工程师技术培训。
• 其他公司安排的工作。
任职要求:
• 本科以上电子工程，机械工程，自动化，生物医学工程等专业背景，
• 2年以上医疗设备维修经验，有维修中心工作或研发项目参与经验者优先。
• 流利的英文口语和书面表达能力，能作为工作语言，有英语环境工作经验者优先。
• 熟练使用日常办公软件，有ServiceMax或CRM经验者优先。
• 工作地点上海浦东金桥，有限的出差（＜10%）。
