Performs supply chain and logistics functions, such as material procurement, production planning, inventory control, outsourcing, vendor selection and distribution. Creates integrated processes among internal functions (e.g., operations, purchasing and logistics) and outside suppliers. Responsibilities are within the Supply Chain Management Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines.
Job Description:

• Material and Inventory management

• Achieve the inventory target keeping inventory level at the optimized level avoiding excess or wasteful inventory

• Maintain our inventory accuracy by solving any discrepancy in a timely manner and developing counter measures

• Maintain Material master in ERP system making sure to drive demand accurately

• Manage material phase in/phase out and changes.

• Manage regular stock taking and scrap activities

• Supply and demand until material EOL

• Manage demand and supply planning of materials produced by internal/external vendors to ensure on time delivery to end customers.

• Lead to establish supply chain operation processes to meet and implement new customer specific requirements and expectations.

• Manage material phase in/phase out along with change management plan or End of Production.

• Service part management.

• Day-to-day Purchasing operations

• Manage oversea and domestic vendors through daily purchasing operation to achieve optimized inventory level and on-time delivery.

• Collaborate import/export logistic team and track imported product customs clearance and manage intra-company goods transfer after import customs.

• Support engineers for prototype procurement.

• Customer order and delivery

• Manage customer forecast, orders and delivery in ERP system to ensure on time delivery to customer

• Work with 3PL warehouses to coordinate inbound and outbound transportation

• Solve inbound/outbound delivery issues working with 3PL warehouse. Track and improve 3PL warehouse operation performance.

• Responding to customer capacity surveys by checking production capacity with vendors and inter-plants.

• Other logistics activities support

• Support TS16949 auditing activities.

• Lead supply chain projects/lean projects.
Requirements:

• Experience in overall supply chain operation (International and domestics logistics, material planning, customer delivery, 3PL management)

• Experience and knowledge of ERP system operation (SAP is preferable)

• Self-Starter, Teamwork, communication skills

• Responsibility and patience

• Proactiveness and full accountability on details of whole supply flow

• More than 5 years strong experience in the supply planning, automotive industry is preferred.

• English skill (English skill CET4/6) or the equivalent level of communication ability in English

• Bachelor’s degree, operation or supply chain preferred.
