Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
– Oversee and manage all of the industrial business to ensure the annual budget are on/beyond the target in East China;
– Participate in the preparation, presentation and development of new business opportunities;
– BD/Maintain all aspects of the account relationship - Client Relationship Management, engage and support regional key client relationship, promote internal and external client centric culture;
– Lead the team to achieve the goals in both consulting and transaction lines;
– Promote business data digitalization, sharing and analysis across skill lines;
– Talent Development – Partner with HR to develop a strong talent pipeline in EC;
– Organize functional training to the staff and encourage functional knowledge and skill sharing across skill lines; Build teamwork & capability through coaching, sharing knowledge and best practice;
– Deepen the caliber and capacity of the team, coach and support the team members in achievement of their goals and KPI's.
– Take actions to rectify risks identified and make good complaints received;
– Comply with C&W Policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree and above;
– More than 10 years’ experience in real estate/industrial related company;
– Understand the industry market in China;
– Familiar with doing business with MNC;
– Excellent presentation skills;
– Rich experience in both industrial consulting & transaction;
– Be able to BD new clients with target revenue 3M annually
– Fluent English and mandarin communication skills, capability of presenting in English and mandarin both verbally and in written
