工作职责

* Build Bayer Crop Science Private Domain Operation model and system, enable direct to farmer engagement in WeChat ecosystem;
* Fully in charge of Farmer Growth Strategy, launch applicable and systematic private domain solution to acquire, retain and convert based on farmer needs;
* Leverage WeCom to accelerate Field Force Efficiency, Leverage WeChat ecosystem to enhance Demand Generation online and offline;
* Identify and build omni-channel private domain innovationsolution, work with cross functional teams to launch pilot test, Track and trace the progress of GTM ,scale for business adoption;

任职要求

* Bachelor’s degress;
* More than 5-year experience in digital marketing or private domain operation like customer relationship management and membership relationship management;
* Experience in B2B/B2C omni-channel business scenario operation is preferred;
* Sophisticated experience on optimizing customer experience in WeChat Ecosystem (mini program/official account/WeChat Channel);
* In-depth knowledge and experience of private domain & private domain traffic operation, community operation and omni-channel solutions;
* Demonstrated competency of driving results and customerfocus, good analytical abilities, strong communicator with fluent English and Chinese (oral and written);
